I love how easy it is to aid in recovery from exercise and use to revitalize skin. I use 15 minutes a day on my face 4 - 5 days per week and started seeing a difference in about 2 weeks. I use for exercise recovery as needed, for 20 minutes on specific areas.

I have a lot of knee problems since getting out of the military. I've tried everything to alleviate the pain, and most of them are good temporary fixes, but the pain still comes back after a couple of days. I watched some videos on YT about red light therapy and thought it couldn't hurt to try. So far, I'm impressed with my results. I've had it a week, and used it twice so far and the pain hasn't returned. I've seen that there are other benefits to using it (skin and eyes to name a few), and will continue using this product. I will update my review after a month and tell you if there is any change to the knee pain, and if I see any improvements in other areas.

I purchased it to try to help heal some cat scratches I had. It has healed them all perfectly cannot even tell they were there no scars or anyting. I would recommend this light to anyone. It is well built has very intense LEDS & IR diodes that heals sores really quickly.
