    I researched many products before I decided on this one. I like the different light settings and control the time. It's very convenient to use. I try to used it 2-3 per week before bed, when I'm lying down watching TV. I use the red light for anti-aging and I'm starting to see results. The longer you use it consistently, the better the results. The mask is heavy and I would get tired if more than 10 minutes.
