Useful Operational Tips:
Cleanse skin and remove any metal jewelry prior to treatment.
Always apply gel as the medium on the areas to be treated for cavitation and rf treatments.
Use gel sparingly with vacuum treatment.
When beginning to use, start with lower energy levels  It’s advisable to test for the proper energy level on the back of the clients' hands before using it on their body.
For vacuum treatment operation, start pulling only after negative pressure head is attached to skin. 
Always turn off the instrument probe when it is not in use.
Allow the machine to rest at least five minutes after 20 minutes of continuous use.  
When using the 3 Level RF head, apply for about 15 minutes with a spiral movement on body.
Avoid staying too long in one place. Avoid using on bony areas.
You may experience  tinnitus when using the burst fat probe.  This phenomenon is a normal.
Do not use disinfection products to clean probes.  It is recommended to use a wet towel or cotton.

    I received my device today and think it's great. I usually wait before I do reviews but after my first use i am impressed! The skin above my knees/front of thighs is loose and starting to have a cellulite look to it. I used the massager all over this area for around 6 minutes and wow! The skin was not icily firmer and "totally" smooth. I compared it to my other leg and there was a significant difference. Now I can only assume the results will be short term but I believe with continued use the results can be long term. As an aside, the 400+ nearly 5 star ratings on this product (listed as Cellulite 1 in review section) are mostly for a product listed as "blue" in review section. "Blue" is a totally different massager (the one in the pics in the review section). The review that say "blue" do not mean the handheld cellulite massager being offered and in pic as pink can also come in blue. Granted this product is still 5 stars for me and the 10-15 actual reviews for the cellulite 1 were all mostly great be aware of this if you buy products based on the number of reviews... Had i not really liked the pink massager that is actually being sold I would have been very upset to have figured this out after the fact...
