Additional Tips (Pre & post cavitation treatment):
Drink sufficient water: To make sure your body responds well to fat cavitation, we recommend drinking 1.5 liters of water prior to and after your treatment. Additionally, you should drink 2.5 – 3 liters of water per day for the following three days. Why? This is because cavitation treatment works by removing fat and toxins via the lymphatic and urinary systems, and days is required to complete this natural process.
Exercise or sauna: 20-30 minutes of cardio exercise is recommended after your treatment. This should be done as soon as possible after your treatment as well as once a day for the following 3 days. Why? Cardio activity facilitates release of and burns off any energy stored by the cavitation process. In case you are adverse to cardio exercise, an infrared sauna session may be done as a substitution because this has a similar effect.

This is my third product purchased from this company. Great quality on all three, so I know I can trust them. I haven’t had any issues with this massager, but I did with my first purchase so I can attest their customer service is quick and fantastic! I will continue to buy from them. As for this massager, it works well. I’ve been using it for a few months and I can see some changes. It’s not the most powerful, but so far so good, it’s still getting the job done. Consistency is key, so I will continue to use it. Nevertheless, definitely recommend if considering!

I have only used it a few times, but I can tell already I’m going to like it. It really pulls your muscles and I can feel it tighten. One thing to know that it doesn’t say to do is you need gel to go with it to make it work on your skin. Otherwise it won’t glide smoothly.
