    This really helps relax your face at the end of the day. I'm still trying to be better at using it every day. I love the different color options and the card insert explains what each one is for. The only downside of this product (and I'm sure all the others like it) is that I'm very petite so it's fairly large on my face. However, I just lean back adjust it how I need it as well as the neck one, and relax for an hour. Is that really a down side when your "forced" to lay back and relax?? I'm almost 45 and have been working on being kinder to my face for the last 5 years or so. I've heard so many wonderful things about these masks from friends and they were true!!!
