Product is easy to use and the timer makes it easy to get the correct amount of red light therapy.

I am very impressed with the quality of this light box. It is made of very sturdy materials but still easy to move around and use. The necessary hardware to hang it up is included if you want to use it that way. The red lights are very bright and it also includes infrared light. I'm using it for both skin care and arthritis pain as infrared is said to be good for pain. I can already tell that my skin looks "glowier" and I have noticed a slight reduction in knee pain since using it. I've looked at these types of lights for some time now and the prices can be very high. I feel that the quality of this light could stand up to the name brands.
