    I mainly use this red light therapy wrap on my back and knees for muscle recovery from workouts. Red light therapy is deeply healing and has the ability to reduce inflammation and promote cellular regeneration. This belt is bigger and more durable than others that I have used. It has the option to plug into a wall or battery pack. I have several battery packs so that is my preferred method of using, that way I can be mobile while I am wearing it (aside from my knees, I lay down for that). You can select time setting as well as adjust levels. Happily pleased with this red light therapy wrap and would recommend.

    I'm new to red light therapies, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have consistent shoulder pain because of a torn rotator cuff, so I wanted to give this a try. It really seemed to help! The gentle heat was really relaxing, and I felt better right away after using it. After a few minutes, some of the discomfort returned, but it wasn't as bad. I also strapped it to my leg, and that worked really well. I love that I don't have to stay still when I use it because it does strap on to nearly any area of the body with the extra long strap. The controls give you options for time, and light. I'm a cautious believer at this stage, and I think this is a great investment if you're unsure, too.
