    Size is perfect and seriously enough even for body use(may have to use few sessions for body, but you save like hundreds$$). Can feel the heat, which is supposed to be good for red light therapy. Make sure both lights are off on device before plugging the device in the wall. I hope it will last and I will actually buy different device as well to compare and keep both.
