I've been using red light therapy for a year now and have multiple RLT belts in every sizes, but these are the only ones I have that are specifically to wrap around my arms and legs. I use these around my knees and feet right before bed time, and it significantly reduces aches on my joints. I wake up with minimal pain or no pain at all every morning and feel ready to be on my feet again at work. I love that these came as a set so I can treat both my knees at the same time which saves me time. RLT has become a part of my daily routine for a year now and I absolutely love the benefits of it.
