Product is as described and works great! I have recurring upper back tightness and discomfort from working at a desk and typing all day. The infrared and near infrared lights soothe and relieve the discomfort. I would buy again and my purchase one for my parents for Christmas. The strings and fasteners that come with the panel are not long enough to connect properly. Nor do they connect to the panel as it is. I will purchase additional fasteners so I can mount it properly.
