    After researching red light therapy for weeks, I have settled on this little machine. Mostly because it has some neat bells and whistles and because I can return it for free in case I don't like it. I hate to pay for return shipping. It was packaged very well and I am impressed by the quality. I love the handle and the little kick stand. Both come in handy. Especially because I am most likely going to move a device of this size around. It is much easier to transport with the handle. It's the perfect size to put next to me on my desk to use on my upper arm (to treat a fracture from a ski injury that still hurts) while I am working on the computer. I anticipate buying a larger body panel if I can see effects from the light therapy (hope Santa reads this

    I have found red light therapy effective for relief of pain and inflammation. It also improved my sleep, I fall asleep easily at night and get more deep sleep. This panel has good features. I am pleased with my purchase. Today I purchased a second panel for a relative on the other side of the country.
