    I have been using a red light face mask daily for a few years and believe in the technology for skin care. my skin is wrinkle free and smooth and definitely nicer than before using the red light. I've been wanting to use the therapy on other parts of my body for a while and this lamp is great for that...especially for hands.

    Body coverage and brightness coupled with the light weight framed body , I’m using it in my red light sauna, hot tub spa and home work out system for over all well ness as I’m not afflicted with chronic pain any more since my lower back surgery four years ago. I’m looking forward to an anti aging benefit to keep me working pain free into my eighties.

    After a lot of research, I decided on the cnvl red light therapy as a gift for my wife. It looks, feels, and works like a quality light therapy product. It's much nicer than the cheaper plastic light therapy products out there. Not to mention the price is fair.
