Cleanse your skin prior to treatment
Spread your body shaping product such as gel or cream on your skin evenly (apply it right before using the machine in order to prevent it from being air-dried, which would result in an impaired absorbing effect)
Plug in your machine and turn it on (POWER), and the red light will blink
Press the SONIC button once for the low intensity (LOW), twice for the high intensity (HIGH)
Use the low intensity on your face, high intensity can be used in other parts of the body such as arms, legs.
Spread your skin care product on areas that you wish to treat, and in turn massage the area
Remember to keep your skin moisturized during treatment! (Note that gel skin care products are generally more conductive and thus preferred for this treatment)

I have been using the product for two months now and it has helped me lose two pounds a week and it has helped me flatten my abdomen area and it has helped me eliminate cellulite from my legs! I loved it and I recommend it 100%. I use ultrasound gel for that!! It is good to follow the instructions it comes with so you don't use it excessively.
