Cleanse your skin prior to treatment
Spread your body shaping product such as the Cellulite Cream on your skin evenly (apply it right before using the machine in order to prevent it from being air-dried, which would result in an impaired absorbing effect)
Plug in your machine and turn it on (POWER), and the red light will blink
Press the SONIC button once for the low intensity (LOW), twice for the high intensity (HIGH)
Use the low intensity on your face, high intensity can be used in other parts of the body such as arms, legs.
Spread your skin care product on areas that you wish to treat, and in turn massage the area
Remember to keep your skin moisturized during treatment! (Note that gel skin care products are generally more conductive and thus preferred for this treatment)

This machine is amazing. It is just as good if not better than spa treatments. You save money by buying this instead of 1 or 2 spa treatments. There is literally no difference, other than you do it yourself. I find it more relaxing at home, and less likely to be exposed to other germs. Plus you do not have to waste time traveling there. You can listen to your favorite music and even watch TV.
